Electromobility is catching on with all brands. At Autohaus Wipplinger, the latest
electric vehicles can be admired in the showroom. Three brands are united under one
roof: KIA, OPEL and PEUGEOT. The latest generation of electric vehicles relies on
high performance and the proven CCS charging system for charging. The CCS system
not only means a standardized plug for all vehicles, but also high charging
performance. The sites in Mauthausen and Grein now each have a Hypercharger with
CCS system. The charging power of the Hypercharger is up to 150 kW - the charging
time is reduced to around 6 minutes for 100 km. The Hypercharger as well as the
photovoltaic systems - in Mauthausen with 117 kWp and in Grein with 68 kWp - were
planned and implemented by MOON POWER GmbH. In addition, a storage system was
installed at both locations. The 160 kWh storage system ensures a significant
reduction in power peaks in Mauthausen - thus significantly reducing electricity
costs. The system consisting of charging station, photovoltaic system and storage
enables to reduce the electricity costs in operation and at the same time to
provide environmentally friendly electricity for charging the vehicles.
