Our service, support and maintenance services are designed to resolve problems with MOON products as quickly as possible so that the charging stations can be restored to proper operation. In general, it is important that charging stations are maintained and checked regularly to ensure safe operation. MOON POWER Support will be happy to help you with questions about the use and operation of our products and, of course, in the event of malfunctions. Our team will do its best to help you quickly.

Remote troubleshooting is the fastest and most effective way to solve problems on MOON products. This is possible if the product is registered in the MOON backend and MOON Support can access it. This allows the condition of the product to be diagnosed and the necessary steps to be taken.

If a malfunction cannot be remedied remotely, MOON POWER offers on-site repair either by its own service technician or by a service technician instructed by the manufacturer. Usually, the malfunction will be dealt with within four working days, but in some cases it may take longer if special spare parts are required.

If you need our assistance, please contact MOON POWER Support in writing and provide us with the following information:

Type and model of the product
Serial number of the product
Description of the defect (if possible with additional visual documentation such as photos or videos)
Your contact information (name, email address, and phone number)
Location of the product

Once we have received all this information, we will start the service process.

MOON offers you a thermal drone inspection of commissioned photovoltaic systems. A drone inspection shortly after commissioning serves to ensure the quality of your installation.
