Maintenance contract
A MOON maintenance contract is used to assess the condition of the charging stations. The inspection is carried out once a year and is individually tailored to the respective charging infrastructure.

Processing of warranty claims
In the event of warranty claims, MOON requires a written report to support. MOON also offers a three-year warranty extension for many charging products from the AC and DC ranges.

- If possible, supplement the error description with photos and videos
- Upon receive, MOON will initiate the warranty process.
Inspection PV system
We are happy to carry out a thermal drone inspection on photovoltaic systems. This way we can find defective components quickly. Many module manufacturers offer a 15-year or more warranty.

Further service options
Remote Support
The integration of MOON products into the B-MoRe backend not only simplifies everyday processing. In the event of a malfunction, MOON Support can also access the installed products remotely. In many cases, this is the fastest and most efficient way to rectify a reported fault – or to carry out an accurate diagnosis in order to initiate any measures on site in a targeted manner.
On-site repair
A reported malfunction that cannot be resolved remotely will be rectified by a service technician on site. Depending on the product and location, this can either be a service technician from MOON or from the manufacturer directly. On-site troubleshooting is planned with appropriate priority in order to keep downtime as low as possible.
Availability of spare parts
The MOON product portfolio is made up of different products and components that are individually configured according to the requirements of our customers. Spare parts required for a repair may therefore not always be fully in stock. Depending on requirements, these are then ordered as quickly as possible.
