The POWER Charger HYC 1000 is a scalable DC fast charging system for applications in the megawatt range. With a total output of up to 1,000 kW, the system is suitable for trucks, buses, fleets, depots and highly frequented charging hubs.
Megawatt Charger for flexible charging infrastructure
The POWER Charger HYC 1000 is based on eight SiC power stacks and a decentralised architecture consisting of a power cabinet and dispensers that can be flexibly combined. The available charging power is dynamically distributed in 62.5 kW increments to up to eight charging points.
The DC charging station can be configured to suit the vehicle mix, idle times, space available and actual power requirements, from car fast-charging hubs to heavy-duty applications with MCS.

Power where it's needed
In the POWER Charger HYC 1000, power electronics and charging points are spatially separated: The central power cabinet provides up to 1,000 kW of DC power and distributes it to the connected dispensers as needed. This means that CCS2 and MCS charging points, different vehicle classes and different charging capacities can be operated within a common, scalable system architecture.

Power Cabinet
The Power Cabinet bundles the power electronics of the HYC 1000 system. Up to 1,000 kW of DC power is centrally available and dynamically distributed to up to eight DC outputs. The modular design enables precise design for current requirements and creates scope for future growth.

HYC 1000 MCS Dispenser
The MCS dispenser transfers the power of the HYC 1000 system to heavy commercial vehicles and other applications with particularly high energy requirements. The oil-cooled MCS connection is designed for high currents and can be supplemented with a CCS2 charging point, depending on the variant.

The HYC 1000 Depot Dispenser is a compact DC charging solution for depots, fleets and depots. The flexible mounting on walls, ceilings or gantries or steles enables space-saving integration into a wide variety of location concepts. Up to eight depot dispensers can be operated with one HYC 1000 V3 Power Cabinet.
