Consumer information for legal guarantee

The following information applies to sales contracts concluded with consumers after 30.09.2026:

• New Goods if a defect occurs in the item within the statutory warranty period from the date of delivery of the goods and this defect is remedied by repair (rectification) within these two years, the warranty period for the repaired goods shall be extended once by a further year.
• Used goods if a defect occurs in the item within the statutory or contractually permissibly shortened agreed warranty period and this defect is remedied by repair (rectification) within this warranty period, the warranty period for the repaired goods is extended once by a further year.
